Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping RestoreHER. Because many of our items are handcrafted and packaged with care, please review the details below for processing times, shipping timelines, and important delivery notes.

1) Order Processing Time

• Standard processing time is 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 3 PM (Central Time) begin processing the next business day.
• During sales, holidays, launches, and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If so, we’ll notify you.

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after your order ships.

• Standard Shipping: 5 business days (estimated)
• Expedited Shipping: 3 business days
• Local Pickup: Available for select items (see Section 6)

3) Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
• Free shipping promotions apply only as stated and may exclude oversized or heavy items.

4) Where We Ship

• We currently ship to: All U.S. states
• If you need international shipping, contact us before placing your order: support@restoreherbody.com.

5) Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if provided by the carrier).
• Delivery confirmation is determined by the carrier’s tracking scan events.
• Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after a label is created.

6) Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available at: 3129 Kingsley Drive #1310 Pearland, Texas 77548 by appointment.
• You will receive a pickup-ready email or text when your order is prepared.
• Orders not picked up within 5 days may be canceled and converted to store credit, at our discretion.

7) Incorrect Address, Returned Packages & Refused Deliveries

• Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
• Returned packages may be eligible for reshipment or store credit (minus shipping costs), at our discretion.

8) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

• Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
• If your package is missing, please:
  • Check with household members or neighbors, and look around your delivery area.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for the fastest resolution.
  • Email us within 2 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist where possible.
• We may recommend adding signature confirmation or upgraded shipping for higher-value orders when available.

9) Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label.

10) Weather, Heat & Seasonal Considerations

• Candles and heat-sensitive items may soften in high temperatures during transit.
• We recommend selecting faster shipping methods during extreme heat and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural events, or service disruptions.

11) Order Changes & Cancellations

• Order changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed for shipment.
• Once an order is in processing or has shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
