Return, Refund & Service Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because many of our products are personal-care items and our services are experiential, this policy outlines how returns, exchanges, store credit, and cancellations are handled.

1) Retail Products

Candles, teas, bath & body products, and other retail merchandise

• All sales are final on opened or used products due to health, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Unopened and unused items in original condition and packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges or credits.
• No cash or card refunds will be issued.

2) Gift Sets, Bundles & Promotions

• Gift sets, bundles, promotional items, and discounted merchandise are final sale.
• These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt.

3) Custom, Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

• Custom, personalized, handmade, and made-to-order items are final sale.
• Natural variations in color, texture, or fragrance are normal with handcrafted goods and do not constitute a defect.

4) Services, Packages & Appointments

• All services are non-refundable once rendered.
• Packages and memberships are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

5) Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or full service fee.
• Clients arriving late may have shortened session time to respect scheduled appointments.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

6) Store Credit Terms

• Approved returns or adjustments will receive store credit only, at our discretion.
• Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for refunds.
• Store credit may have an expiration date as permitted by Texas law and will be disclosed at issuance.

7) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, RestoreHER Body Wellness Studio will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product or service at issue.

9) Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10) Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing products or booking services with RestoreHER Body Wellness Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
